Founded in 2021 by Brian T. Clark, P.E., Tier 1 Engineering is a premier engineering firm specializing in comprehensive services for concrete, materials, and geotechnical investigations.

With over 20 years of experience, Mr. Clark, a licensed Professional Engineer in Nevada (#23118) and Florida (#90769), leads the firm with a commitment to precision and reliability. Based in southwest Florida, Tier 1 Engineering delivers expert solutions for both private and public projects of all scales.

A native of Reno, Nevada, and a graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Mr. Clark brings extensive expertise from his work across northern Nevada and California. As Quality Manager and President, he fosters excellence, mentoring young field and lab technicians and serving as an official examiner for the Northern Nevada/California Chapter of the American Concrete Institute (ACI).

His credentials include ACI Field Testing Technician (#01020486), ACI Strength Testing Technician (#01020486), Radiation Safety Officer, and OSHA 30 certifications.
